Terms of service
@thefoxymeartInformation regarding paymentPrice:
- There will be a fee added to the price to account for PayPal’s fee.
For example, if your commision costs $50, the fee would be around $2.50, so you would need to send me $52.50 for me to receive the agreed price!Merchandise:
- If you want to use art I make for commercial purposes, for example merchandise, you will need to pay additionally for the commercial rights to my work.Refunds :-If did not start working on our project. You may receive 100% of the money you had paid.
- If i already started working on the commission especially when its in further stage you may only receive 50% of money you had already paid.Payment:
- Payment of bigger commissions ( Live 2d Rigging, Artwork for Live2d model) can be split. However the first payment must be 50% of the initial commission price up front!
- Artwork for (Emotes, Art, animated emotes , Chibi ect.)- Must be paid upfront!- I will not start working on a commission until I have been paid an agreed price.What are my requirements to start a commissionReference of the character :- I require a visual representation of the character. I will not work from a written description only. Sketch of character is enough for me to work off. If i have to create the character it will fall under character design which will cost additional payment. Without visual reference I will not accept the commissions!- For Live2d models artwork I require clear reference of your character, if you would like something deviating from original design ( Outfit, hair, accessories, aesthetic) that will fall under character design.A reference of what you would like me to draw :- I would appreciate a visual reference/ photo of the idea of the artwork you would like me to provide. It can reference taken from anime , real life, or other artworks you like ( it won’t be one to one copy). - Written description will be helpful as well.Your contact information :- Email address - for me to contact you.- Your social media accounts you are active on that i can tag you under commission post - Would also appreciate your “art” hashtag if you have one.- If you wish to stay anonymous please inform me!-Where I can send finished artwork.What will you receive after commissioning me- Artwork ( Emotes, Art, animated emotes , Chibi ect.):
- First rough sketch - conceptualisation of commission concept.
- Cleaner sketch- Optional changes - Changes can be made before I start working on lineart. If you would like to have changes to commissioned work there will be additional fee since I would have to start from scratch.- Finished product.*To note - I do not offer .psd files of my artwork. Moreover, I am only required to keep the file of your artwork on my device for up to a month, after that I will not be responsible for the file.Live 2d model artwork:- First rough sketch of the model - conceptualisation of overall look of the model

- Optional changes - Changes can be made before I start working on lineart. If you would like to have changes to commissioned work there will be additional fee since I would have to start from scratch.
- .Psd file of cut modelLive 2d rigging:- Rigged model in . moc3 format.
- All physics and expression toggles.
- Folder containing all textures, expressions ect.Important information- I claim my right to stream my creation of commissioned work:If you wish for me to not showcase my process of creating your commissioned artwork/rigging that will require you to pay an additional fee as it limits the possibility of my content creation.
Please inform me at the beginning of our work together if you wish your commission to not be showcased!What you cannot do with my work:- I do not support NFT - You are prohibited from using my work in anything related to NFT or crypto currency.- You are prohibited from using my work in anything related to AI. I do not support AI generated content and I do not permit my creative work to be used in any way using AI.- You cannot claim the commission as your own work.- You must always credit me as the creator of commision.- I do not permit tracing or recreating my artwork in any way. - Inspiration is fine, theft is not.- I do not permit any recreation of my commissioned artwork into Live 2d models when the commission wasn’t specifically made to be a Live 2d model.- Please do not modify my artwork beyond recognision.- I reserve my right to refuse any commission application based on my personal preference , my abilities, or time i possess at the moment or any other reason. I may not specify my reason for refusal of the commission.- I will not create art that reference was made using AI generated programs!I will draw:- Humans and demihumans ( catgirls, demons with horns,)
- Chibi
- Cute versions of animals
- Simple backgroundI will not draw:- Furry characters
- Complicated background and scenery
- Offensive art ( art with underlying hatful, discriminatory or controversial message)
